I'm not a big fan of clutter--and not to say that this is cluttered--but vertical mirrors would add more space. Just a personal preference. :) I think horizontal mirrors give it a more homey, inviting feel. Vertical seems a little more regal and contemporary. Just my thinklings. :)
Saharahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08239090614793154216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5690176007765071116.post-82553885507607941812013-02-03T08:40:06.518-06:002013-02-03T08:40:06.518-06:00I actually prefer the vertical position. I think it looks more traditional with the vertical mirror and having the draws on the vanities will probably make them look a little fuller also. Sorry to add even more uncertainty with an opposite opinion :)SAChickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00415802841624020390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5690176007765071116.post-78086325454237281252013-02-02T22:24:00.837-06:002013-02-02T22:24:00.837-06:00Add me as #4 for horizontal. :) While the vertica...Add me as #4 for horizontal. :) While the vertical may make the room look larger it seems to also make the vanities look smaller. I don't like the big gap below the horizontal mirror, but it has to be that high for Jeff to see the top of his head! I do like that the vertical mirror draws the eye up and makes the room look taller, but I like the fresh, modern style of the horizontal. Decisions, decisions!

I love the sconces, too; bought them on clearance in the outdoor lighting department! They're often called onion lights and are styled on the old oil lamps used for whale fishing. So definitely nautical ;-)Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14642086569198844724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5690176007765071116.post-86329765607048895432013-02-02T19:44:59.692-06:002013-02-02T19:44:59.692-06:00I'm with Anna!
